I am a member of EMDRIA.

I also completed a Masters Equivalent in Classical Homeopathy from American Medical College of Homeopathy at PIMHA in Arizona in 2017. I am a Certified Classical Homeopath as certified by the Council of Homeopathic Certification (CHC) and am a member of North American Society of Homeopaths (NASH). As such I have a very holistic view of mental disorders and life in general.

In addition to my practice, I am a volunteer for CONEXA, a non profit that works on bringing EFT to BIPOC population. For the past 2 years I have actively worked with them to provide externships and workshops for couples in Uganda and Kenya. I am also a volunteer for AZ TRN – Arizona EMDR Trauma Response and Recovery Network.

I am from India originally and immigrated to US in 1994. I have lived in South Carolina, and then in Arizona for 30 yrs. I am a very proud mom of two beautiful strong women who are 24, and 28. I also have 2 fur babies who are 4 yrs old and a joy to my life. I am an avid hiker, who travels far and wide to hike and enjoy the abundance of beauty that nature provides us. I’ve had the opportunities to hike Mt Everest basecamp, and Kilimanjaro.

My fur babies take therapy very seriously and listen to all my sessions, providing me a growl to stay grounded and humble.
