Jillian is attending the University of Denver to complete a master’s in social work. She completed a bachelor’s in business from Western Governors University in 2021, with a focus on operations management. She wanted to help others where they were. She decided in 2023 to begin the journey in mental health as a technician in Portland area inpatient facilities, where she learned empathy and crisis skillsets to help those in need.
Now, Jillian teaches skills to clients both in groups and individually as needed, leveraging empathy and validation to make a difference in people’s lives. She seeks to be a therapist in the future, guiding others into consistent, positive healing.
Jillian has one kiddo and loves coffee, new experiences, and great company.
