Pilar has extensive experience in customer service-related fields with a focus on leadership and team building. She also has experience as an EMT and has worked in emergency dispatch. Pilar has a deep sense of compassion with a strong belief that we all deserve a life worth living. Helping people navigate through processes and exploring and understanding their options while feeling heard, understood and accepted is important to her and she takes her role seriously. Pilar thoroughly believes in PDBTI’s mission and is passionate about evidence based mental health treatments and outcomes.
