Drawing on two decades of research, we offer diverse programs for clients from early teens to older adults. The Portland DBT Institute has multiple tracks to meet individual needs. At your first meeting, your primary clinician will assess concerns, orient you to the programs, and help you decide what treatment goals would be most relevant.
We offer services adherent to the full fidelity DBT model including individual and group therapy, and 24/7 phone consultation for the client. Please see the table below for a visual guide to the adult and teen programs offered at PDBTI.
Telehealth Delivered. Since the start of COVID, we have successfully converted all our treatment services, including our IOPs, to telehealth. All standard services and IOPs are currently offered via HIPAA-secure video conferencing. We are not currently offering any in-person services.
