Nicole received her doctorate in clinical psychology at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio where she first learned DBT then completed her clinical internship at Oregon State Hospital (OSH). She completed her post-doctoral hours and worked as a licensed psychologist at OSH where she provided DBT treatment and training for OSH staff. Nicole’s areas of clinical interest include personality disorders, severe and persistent mental illness, evidence based treatments, and the intersection of mental health and forensics. In her free time she enjoys hiking and exploring the outdoors, cooking and baking, and trying new restaurants.
